We proposed a new facade identity while retaining the building’s volume and familiar structure. Colour, consistent balcony detailing and attention to entrances became the main design tools.
A light base unifies the facade. Ochre accents define the ground floor and establish a rhythm between windows, while grey details bring the individual elements together.

The concept brings disparate details into a coherent identity. Repeating balcony lines, window surrounds and colour accents give the long facade a more composed, distinctive appearance.

The wider view reveals the full composition: light wall surfaces, vertical balcony stacks and the continuous ground-floor colour band. The green roof retains its character within the renewed palette.

Up close, different details matter: the depth of window surrounds, the texture of finishes and the shade beneath balconies. Planting follows the path and softens the boundary between building and street.
