Projects in different countries
We work remotely on projects in different countries. Our involvement, scope and the need for local specialists are discussed with regard to the project location and its specific requirements.
Services, fees, timelines and working arrangements are agreed individually and recorded in a contract. Portfolio materials do not by themselves set the terms of a future commission.
Materials and copyright
The portfolio includes architectural concepts, design proposals and visualisations. Refer to each project description for its stage and context. An image of a design proposal does not by itself establish that it has been built.
Rights in protected texts, images, drawings and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Use beyond what is allowed by law or the applicable licence requires permission. For publication, authorship or removal enquiries, email hello@korsak.pro.
Typeface
The website uses Golos Text under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. That licence applies to the typeface and does not grant rights to the other website materials.
