How enquiries and technical data are handled when you use KORSAK.PRO.
Who to contact
Yulia Korsak (Корсак Юлия Сергеевна) is responsible for handling enquiries on KORSAK.PRO. For personal data enquiries: hello@korsak.pro.
Website enquiries
The form asks for your name, email address and message. The project city and country are optional. These details are used to reply and discuss possible work. Your initial enquiry does not need passport details, payment information or other sensitive information.
The form sends your message to hello@korsak.pro for a reply and further correspondence. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Purposes and legal grounds
For an enquiry about future services, processing may be necessary to take steps towards a contract at your request. Other correspondence and website security may rely on legitimate interests where permitted by applicable law. Where a separate purpose requires consent, it is requested separately.
Technical data
Requests to the server transmit technical information, including an IP address. The hosting service may keep request logs to operate and protect the website. The form uses a transformed IP-based identifier to limit repeated submissions; this limit expires after one minute.
Service providers and external links
Beget provides website hosting and email services. The provider processes technical data and email content as needed to deliver these services.
The website loads the Golos Text typeface through Google Fonts. Your browser therefore contacts Google servers and transmits information needed for the network request, including an IP address. If you follow a link to Telegram, LinkedIn or Pinterest, that platform’s policies apply.
Business email
Business enquiries are received at hello@korsak.pro, hosted by Beget. Automatic forwarding of new messages to Gmail is disabled. Yulia Korsak is the only person within the studio who reads this correspondence.
Earlier enquiries may have been stored in Gmail before forwarding was disabled. To request deletion of your data, including these copies, email hello@korsak.pro.
Retention
After discussion of an enquiry that does not lead to a contract has ended, its data is deleted within 30 days unless a separate lawful ground requires longer retention. An enquiry with no resumed discussion for three months is treated as closed. Correspondence relating to contracts is retained during the engagement and afterwards as required for applicable record-keeping obligations and legal claims. Backups and server logs are managed by the provider and may have separate retention periods. For questions about the retention of your data, email hello@korsak.pro.
Visit analytics
Google Analytics 4 is enabled only after you choose the Allow analytics option. Google's service receives information about visited pages, traffic sources, browser and device, as well as successful form submission and contact-click events. The name, email address, project location and enquiry text from the form are not included in the events we configure.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days without renewal on each visit. You can change your choice through the Analytics preferences button at the bottom of the page. Declining disables collection and deletes the site's analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already sent to Google; contact hello@korsak.pro with deletion enquiries.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing, and exercise data portability rights. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. Send requests to hello@korsak.pro. You retain the right to complain to the competent data protection authority.
